Shipping policy

Processing Time
All pieces are handmade and ship within 1–2 business days unless otherwise noted. During busy times or shop updates, processing may take an extra day, but I always ship as quickly as possible.

Shipping Method
Orders are shipped through USPS with tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on the way.

Shipping Rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Delivery Time
Most U.S. orders arrive in 3–5 business days once shipped.
Delays caused by USPS are outside of my control, but I’ll always help you track your package if needed.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package shows as “Delivered,” but you can’t find it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. I’ll help you open a missing-mail search if needed.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your address at checkout. I’m not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address, but if it gets returned to me, I’ll reship it to you.

Packaging
Each order is wrapped with care and shipped safely to protect your jewelry during transit.
